  We are excited to continue wine pairing dinners as part of our Unknown Dinner Club. Italian wine is known for its romance and diversity, a perfect accompaniment to any meal. The Unknown Dinner Club menu will consist of 4 courses accompanied by Italian wines showcasing diversity but honoring their traditions. Pours are scaled down with each course to equal about 2-3 drinks in total. • Dinner Starting promptly at 7:00 PM• $100 pp ++• 4 balanced courses with 4 wine pairings (4 - three ounce pours)• Note any dietary concerns or restrictions in the final questionnaire• Opt-out of the wine beverage pairing for $80. The courses are unknown until they arrive, and the wine pairings are going to be a little nontraditional in regards to regions or grapes. The Unknown Dinner Club menu will consist of 4 courses accompanied by wines from unfamiliar places or uncommon grape varietals. Pours are scaled down with each course to equal about 2-3 drinks in total. • Dinner Starting promptly at 7:00 PM• $100 pp ++• 4 balanced courses with 4 wine pairings (4 - three ounce pours)• Note any dietary concerns or restrictions in the final questionnaire• Opt-out of the wine beverage pairing for $80. Although there is no preview for this ever-rotating menu, we can assure you that the trust that you put into our hands will be greatly respected! Now offering a Vegan, Vegetarian or Pescatarian option as well as the opportunity to opt out of our beverage pairing.
