Blackland Distillery is a full-service, upscale cocktail lounge producing five sophisticated spirits: Vodka, Gin, Bourbon, Rye Whiskey, and Texas Pecan Brown Sugar Bourbon. Located in Fort Worth’s Foundry District at 2616 Weisenberger Street, Blackland houses a distillery open for tours and a tasting room offering the latest craft cocktails, light bites, and private event space.

    Gin/Vodka Workshop

    Blackland’s Gin, Vodka or Bitters Workshop offers a unique and immersive experience into the world of craft distilling. Work directly with Blackland’s master distiller, Ezra Cox, to deep-dive into the history, methods of production, and time-honored techniques of extraction, maceration and distillation. Craft your own gin, flavored vodka or bitters recipe over the course of two hours. Ezra will then distill the recipe within one week and fill 4-6 bottles of your custom spirit which will be yours to take home and enjoy!     Barrel Program

    Experience a hands-on workshop with Blackland's master distiller to create your own custom spirit. Start with a behind-the-scenes tour & history of distillation methods, equipment & techniques. Discuss your preferences while tasting various whiskies from our collection. Once your mash bill has been determined, Blackland will cook, ferment, distill & fill your barrel, which will mature in our barrel room for up to 3 years & be available to taste/evaluate upon request. Once fully mature, we will design a custom label based on your preferences & package up to 25 bottles for you to take home & enjoy. You'll also receive the barrel as part of the program. Lastly, Blackland will arrange a private tasting party in our VIP room upon completion.

    Tour and Tasting

    Experience a behind-the-scenes tour of Blackland Distillery, enjoy a tasting flight of our ultra-premium Texas spirits, and sip on a signature cocktail from our award-winning tasting room. Learn how our modern, state-of-the-art distillery is pushing the envelope with cutting-edge distillation practices and automation to make clean, strikingly smooth spirits from grain to glass. A must-see for spirit enthusiasts or a perfect introduction for the average drinker looking for a better understanding of spirits in general.Experience includes: guided distillery tour, tasting flight, and welcome drink. Guests must be 21+ to enter the distillery. No children or dogs are permitted. Tasting room reservation is included following the tour.

In addition to producing our ultra-premium Vodka, Gin, Bourbon, Rye Whiskey, and Texas Pecan Brown Sugar Bourbon, we squeeze all of our juices fresh daily and we make all of our bitters, sherbets and infusions in-house.
