At Blacksmith Italian we are proud to use Montana beef, pork, bison, cheese and eggs in creating the flavors of Italy. We change our menu routinely in order to feature seasonally available ingredients from our local farms and ranches. Our house-made pasta is made with Montana wheat. In season we get fantastic produce from small local farms.Our Italian heritage is represented in the flavors and hospitality you will experience at Blacksmith!

Our menu is seasonal and chef driven. We use Montana ingredients to bring you the flavors of Italy. The menu and specials will change with the availability of ingredients, but we will always offer a variety of house favorites including, the Blacksmith Grilled Caesar, Calamari Puttanesca, Orechietti Rustica, Ravioili Bolognese, Piedmontese Tenderloin, and Spanish Grilled Octopus.Our pastas are made in house from Montana grown wheat.
