Wine Tasting
Enjoy our Wine Tasting Experience, overlooking views of the our Front Lawns, Vineyard, and the Monterey Bay. One of our knowledgeable Tasting Room team members will take you through a guided tasting of 4 different wines, a 1-ounce pour of each. This 1-hour experience is $25 per person plus tax, and complimentary for Wine Club Members. Booking on this site reserves your space. Payment is made onsite. Bookings are for 1-8 guests. This is an indoor wine tasting experience. By appointment only.

Celebrate end of Harvest with us for a whole pig roast! Enjoy pulled pork, vegetarian baked beans, street corn, Caesar salad, garlic bread and a variety of wines of your choice.

Winery Tour & Tasting
Our knowledgeable tour guide escorts you into the vineyard, production facilities, cellar, and cave. Your guide will present you with a selection of 5 wines from our current Tasting Flight.Tours are $35 per person and are offered only on Saturdays. Tour time is approximately 45 minutes. Reservations are required. To participate on our tours, guests must be at least 15 years old. Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour start time. Unfortunately, FDA requirements prohibit pets from joining the tour.

Bocce Ball Court
Play a round of Bocce ball. The court is available complimentary for 1 hour for Byington guests/groups enjoying a tasting, winery tour, or wine by the glass or bottle. Collect the balls inside the Tasting Room and enjoy a wonderful view into the Pinot Noir vineyard. Guests/groups of up to 8 may reserve for 1 hour only to allow for all guests to enjoy Bocce. The court is outside.
