Calico is a neighborhood restaurant centered on thoughtful sophistication. Our philosophy is simple: focus on doing just a handful of things, and do those things extremely well. Our menu changes seasonally, based on our partnerships with local farms and vendors, and is inspired by cuisine from around the world. Simply put, we cook the food we like to eat.We have missed cooking for the fine folks of the Pioneer Valley and we are thrilled and honored to be here!
