  Join us for an immersive dinner highlighting the heirloom produce harvested from our chef's garden, as well as ingredients from our neighboring farms. Hosted on select evenings* throughout the year, treat yourself to the best al fresco dining in the Hudson Valley in our cozyPavilion. Before dinner is served, spend the afternoon enjoying the sweet mountain air - explore the property or simply relax with a crisp and refreshing craft cocktail.May - October: The property will be open for Supper guests starting at 3pm. Dinner will begin at 5pm. Our full bar will be open with drinks available for purchase throughout dinner.November - April: The property will be open for Supper guests starting at 4pm. Dinner begins at 7:00pm and typically lasts 2-3 hours. Our full bar will be open with drinks available for purchase throughout dinner.This dinner is included for our cottage guests, however, you do not need to be a cottage guest to join us for the evening. Cedar Lakes Estate will provide you at least fourteen (14) days’ prior written notice of cancellation should such an event occur, and you will be promptly refunded all fees paid or due to Cedar Lakes Estate in connection with your stay. Cedar Lakes is released of any claims related to or resulting from the cancellation or shortened stay.

  Thanksgiving Dinner 2024

  Make Cedar Lakes Estate your home away from home this Thanksgiving and let us treat you this holiday season. Spend the day exploring property - take out a rowboat, hike around the lake, or relax by one of our stone fire pits while we take care of all the cooking. Then enjoy a home-cooked Thanksgiving feast under our twinkle lights, where you'll indulge in the Cedar Lakes' take on holiday classics and memories to last a lifetime._________________________________Dinner starts at 4pm.Explore the property from 2pm until 6pm.Thanksgiving Dinner will be served buffet style.Thoughtful beer and wine pairings will be included throughout dinner service and a limited bar menu will also be available for purchase. Smaller groups of 4 guests and less may be seated at a communal table.__________________________________Menu to come closer to the event. *We will do our best to accommodate allergies as well as vegetarian, gluten and dairy-free diets. Due to the nature of our dinners being both buffet-style and chef-selected, there may be certain dishes that cannot be accommodated or altered. Please give us at least 72 hours notice so that our Chefs may prepare.
