We have always been lovers of roast chicken, so our idea from the beginning was to start with a great product and renew the way of preparing it and enjoying it at home. Not only will you have to decide if you prefer thigh or breast, but also if you want to accompany it with our delicious salad, the creamy croquettes, the spectacular omelette or the delicious lazy cannelloni (and so we could continue for a while).
