Through adventure in the Basque Country to a restaurant in Belgium, we now serve world cuisine in pintxo portions. Curiosity is the key to inspiration in our bar & bistro! The concept originated in Spanish food culture, but that does not mean that our chefs are limited to this type of cuisine. The cooking style is from all over the world, our mustard itself we do get from Belgium, as well as many other local products. Everything is fresh, homemade, constantly changing and always with a Pintxos twist.
