The face behind Thyme That's me - Karen. An enthusiastic Antwerp native with a heart for the hospitality industry. I clearly remember the day when, as a 14-year-old, I resolutely said to my parents "one day I will open my own breakfast store". Fourteen years later, I can proudly say that this is it. In a previous life I graduated from the Hotel School, in a more recent life I graduated with a Master's degree in Communication Science and was employed for several years as a Communication and Marketing Advisor. But that passion for the hospitality industry has always remained present. So it itched to share this passion with a wider audience. So in 2021, I founded Karen's Kitchen - a small-scale catering business in a secondary capacity. It became clearer than ever: it was time to build my dream business. An entire business plan later, Thyme was born.
