Your personal sommelier will conduct a consultation prior to your tasting and will host the evening, ensuring an impeccable experience. 90 Minute Guided Wine Tastings can accommodate up to 2 guests for a $2,000++ Minimum Food & Beverage Spend or $3,000++ Minimum Food & Beverage Spend during Holiday weeks or weekends. 90 Minute Guided Wine Tastings up to 6 guests have a $3,000++ Minimum Food & Beverage Spend or $4,500++ Minimum Food & Beverage Spend during Holiday weeks or weekends. CHEF-PAIRED WINE DINNERS For a more elevated experience, reserve a private wine dinner with a menu customized by our executive chef, complemented by hand-selected wine pairings, including a consultation with our knowledgeable team of sommeliers. Chef Paired Wine Dinners can accommodate 2-4 Guests with a $1,000++ Food & Beverage Minimum Spend per person or $1,500++ Food & Beverage Minimum Spend per person during Holiday weeks or weekends.
