Translating to 'heart, captured' in Farsi, Delbar is a love letter to the influential dishes that shaped Fares’ (owner) youth and the women in his life who instilled his deep appreciation for Middle Eastern cooking. Hailing from Gorgan, Iran, Kargar grew up in the kitchen alongside his mom, aunts and grandmother. When first developing Delbar, he recounted his family’s regular get-togethers where brothers and sisters, cousins, and parents would gather round as Kargar’s grandmother dished warm, toasted bread straight from her tandoor oven. Our menu is a vibrant medley of Iranian, Turkish, Lebanese, and Israeli flavors, each dish carefully crafted to evoke nostalgia and curiosity. Served à la carte, our dishes invite sharing and promise to captivate even the most discerning palate. Join us for 1/2 off bottles of wine every Monday!
