BLVCK COW GRILL is a concept of owner Chef Neville Nugent. Chef Neville has had tremendous success with their first two restaurants, Mad Cow Grill and Mad Cow Grill 2, so he wanted to do a slightly different concept for their third restaurant. Neville has strong roots in their culinary upbringing. One of those stepping stones was in the world of fine dining. Neville worked in luxurious food establishments including the Willard. Fine dining restaurants focused on superior service with incredible quality ingredients cooked by a talented chef and his crew. We wanted to bring a little fine dining with a lot of urban flair to Bowie. We aim to take you through a journey with incredible food, big steaks, fresh seafood, and unique handcrafted cocktails. We offer small twists to American classics with an opportunity to select different sauces and preparations to add that final touch. We offer an exciting way to enjoy your evening whether you’re meeting friends for drinks or enjoying a special evening with that special someone.
