Southside was opened at the end of November 2019. This charming restaurant is the result of a bold project that combines the genius of mixologist Gustavo Guedes with the talent of entrepreneurs in the gastronomy area Bruno and Marisa Zardo (Nakombi). The cocktail menu is signed by Guedes and the menu was prepared by Chef Thiago Paraíso. The dishes and cocktails were incredible. Highlights for the Shelby Club, Negroni Two Gun harmonized with foie gras truffle, curry chicken drumstick with pineapple jam, wild boar sausage risotto with goat cheese and duck tortellini in jabuticaba sauce.
