For our grandparents and great grandparents, making cider was simply part of living off the land. As was hunting and fishing, raising and butchering livestock, canning and pickling vegetables from the garden. To make ends meet, they took in summer boarders, and some became lifelong friends. We are inspired by their examples as we craft distinctive ciders from apples and pears grown in our holistic orchard, welcome guests to our tasting room and boarding house, and share our appreciation for the bounty and beauty of the land.
