Coming from other professional areas, their love for food united them and led them to renounce their previous lives and set sail in an area with constant challenges such as the search for new tastes, but with familiar ingredients, such as those offered the rich Greek land. KORU. A paraphrase of the word koros, where in ancient Greek it means satiety, satiety, satisfaction. And for us at KORU, that's food. Satisfying all the senses. Our symbol is the spiral. It is a complex and powerful symbol, one of the oldest in existence. Spiral motion is found in nature all around us, from ancient crustaceans to the formation of galaxies. It symbolizes continuity, progress, evolution. The coil of KORU has two colors, which symbolize the two owners. Kelly and Pelagia strongly believe in the power and value of evolution and that is why they decided to follow their dream and evolve themselves through this venture. Each dish is a unique combined experience that will remain unforgettable. Our chefs use fresh seasonal ingredients from the Greek land, from local producers and organic crops and passionately create original and delicious dishes that will surprise and delight your taste buds.
