Wander at LongWoods is located on an oasis of conserved farmland in Cumberland Center, ME. At the heart of this 64 acre conservation project Wander cultivates a dining experience that honors the rich agricultural history of our area by presenting local ingredients honestly and deliciously.  Wander shares this oasis with public hiking trails, sculpture art, and two working farms. Our farms, Ambarona Farm & Whistle Cat Farm, work to steward the land using regenerative practices to produce nutritious and delectable ingredients for our chefs to showcase. We also partner with over 70 Maine farms, fisheries, and creameries to ensure our guests truly experience what Maine has to offer.  Trying to plan the perfect evening? Here's our insider guide to the full Wander experience: Arrive 30-45 minutes prior to your reservation and take a peaceful walk on the trails found directly behind the restaurant. Check in for your reservation and your server will help you build your ideal three course dining experience. Be sure to save room for dessert! After dessert, take a beverage outside and enjoy the sunset or a walk in the gardens while sipping your after dinner drink! If you're thinking pizza for dinner, there may be a wait for your table - so start your visit with a cocktail and garden stroll and end with a view of the sunset or an evening walk in the woods.   We hope to see you soon!
