Join Chefs Chase Williams and Zack Ehrlich for an immersive communal experience in the brand-new tasting room, featuring a 14-seat open kitchen overlooking the Willamette Valley. Interact with the chefs while they prepare and serve each course in a deeply personal encounter. Our sommeliers are your guides, serving your wine pairings and moving you through this unforgettable evening. Reservations are available to guests 21+ and members of the Foley Food & Wine Society (FFWS). The Anthology experience is available exclusively to FFWS members. We are not able to accommodate celiac allergies at this time. Please confirm dietary restrictions and allergies no later than 48-hours prior to your reservation. Requests received within this time frame cannot be guaranteed. Your pre-dinner experience begins 20 minutes prior to your seating time with canapés and a complimentary glass of bubbles. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes after their seating time will be sat and served starting at the current course. Missed courses will not be served, and no refunds will be issued.
