Fredje Friet was born in 2009 from the love between Freddy and Marina. Originally, Bone Carving Paeme was located here, as Fredje Friet is Freddy's childhood home. Fredje Friet is a chip shop where there is always that little bit more than just fries and snacks. Homemade products such as pork cheek stew, fresh tartare, cocktail and mayonnaise and hamburgers of the house are fixed values. Over the years, the fryhouse became too cramped and we created "The Bistro" through a container. When Marie-Louise (Freddy's mother) died from illness, over time the other part of the house - where they used to live - was converted into a real Bistro. This allowed the container to disappear and the part where Marie-Louise used to live once again became a warm place where people laughed and enjoyed life. On this website and in our Catering brochure you will find all the services we offer in the culinary field. Quality comes first for us! Our prices are geared to quality and are in proportion to quantity. Our catering services are possible in our business and on location of your choice.
