The Adão is a concept oriented by a family native to Faro, we use the ingredients from the region and work in collaboration with local fishermen and farmers. The chronology is a view of the sea where the natural conditions meet to appreciate the best local flavors, accompanied by an identity with Parisian glamor with open arms for the locals and their visitors.
