Vaudeville is an American style Bistro located on the lower level of one of the most iconic landmark in the heart of Main Street Fredericksburg. Rooted in classic European cuisine and influenced by soulful Southern faire, the scratch kitchen Menu features nostalgic American dishes crated with the highest quality ingredient and reinvented to suit the modern palate. Daily specials on a weekly rotation are a highlight, find your favorites and repeat. A different menu following the same culinary approach is offered for Friday & Saturday evening service. Selecting from an evening Prix Fixe Menu is required for groups of 6 or more. The establishment reserved a certain percentage of tables to accommodate for walk-ins. If you do not see your preferred time or past the advance booking time, please connect with our host on arrival to be directed to one of our table reserved for walk-ins or to be added to the wait list. Friday & Saturday Dinner Reservations for parties of six guests or more are required to select from a Prix Fixe Menu. The menu price is $65 per guest. Pricing does not include beverage and associated tax or gratuity. We kindly ask that dinner reservations of 6 or more adhere to a 2 hour seating time to help us accommodate all guests. Cancellations and alterations will be accepted with 24 hours notice at no charge.  Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation will incur a $25 per guest cancellation fee.
