Bidassoa Basque Brewery was born from the concern of our brewmaster Carlos Arrecubieta, Doctor in Microbiology and with extensive experience in the world of scientific research between Madrid, Manchester and New York, where he began to be interested in the production of craft beer. After a period of collaboration with Captain Lawrence Brewing Co. (NY), he decided to create a craft beer factory with his friend Iñigo Pérez and work on one of his great passions. At Bidassoa Basque Brewery we started our production in autumn 2014. Since then we have been constantly growing, incorporating new beers to our range of products, divided into different lines.
