Welcome to Little’s Oyster Bar, where all your seafood and caviar dreams come true. With a retro Hollywood regency vibe in the heart of Montrose, Little’s Oyster Bar is a place to experience decadent and hand-selected seafood artfully created by our Executive Chef, Jason Ryczek. Our seasonally inspired menu will focus on fresh seafood, bringing our guests the absolute best. All the caviar served has been hand-selected sturgeon, which can be perfectly paired with your choice of cocktail, champagne, or vodka. Little’s raw bar features a rotating selection of oysters, shellfish, and other offerings from the shore. At the bar, there are delectable and exciting craft cocktails. The wine list focuses on European wines and lots of bubbles, such as perfectly curated wines from Italy, Spain, Portugal, France, and more. Paying homage to our roots, the exterior vintage signage has been repainted and restored as a nod to the location opening in 1987 as Little Pappas Seafood House.
