Sun Valley Wine Company is a family-owned and operated hybrid boutique wine bar and bottle shop offering indoor dining as well as lounge seating. Enjoy fantastic wines by the glass, wine flights, and delicious dishes created and prepared by Executive Chef Edgar Romero, including Brussels sprouts, Bianco Bolognese, braised short ribs, paella, and more. Our food is best meant for sharing, making us a great place to gather with friends and loved ones. We feature an extensive wine collection, from everyday favorites to hard-to-find rare and cult wines. We charge a $10 corkage fee on retail-priced wine purchased from our shop. For outside bottles brought into the bar, a $40 corkage fee will apply. This policy helps us recover some of the costs associated with on-premise overhead and ensures we can continue to offer exceptional service and value. Even with the $10 corkage, our bottles remain $20-50 less than at other full-service dining establishments nearby.

On Sundays, join us for a high-end leisurely brunch created and cooked by Executive Chef Edgar Romero, featuring dishes like Dungeness crab eggs Benedict, Wagyu chilaquiles, and huevos rancheros flatbread. In an effort to recover some of the costs associated with our on-premise overhead and expenses, we charge a minimal corkage fee of $10. We assure you that the bottle you enjoy at our establishment is still far less with the corkage, by about $20-50, than other full-service dining experiences around us.
