Behind the scenes, Chef de Cuisine John Hasentufel is collaborating with Milanese chef Amalia Brusati (@ama.mi.kitchen) to express Italian traditions from “home” through a lens of excellence and love for local produce. You will have the opportunity to choose from one of the largest all Italian wine list in the Southeastern United States. The list is curated to seamlessly marry tradition and trend and bring you an of-the-moment selection unique to our establishment.
