We love what we do I am Jennise Ferrari, chef and entrepreneur, creator of experiences, insatiably curious and globetrotter. Born and raised in Venezuela, settled in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria since 2013, when I teamed up with a great professional, Mario Ureña (currently we both work independently) to create this gastronomic concept. Graduated in cooking in Argentina, with a Master's degree at Basque Culinary Center San Sebastian, graduated in Law in Caracas Venezuela, but what has influenced me the most in my professional life is my passion for good food, learning from the greats and traveling.
