RESTAURANT TRATTORIA & PIZZERIA L’angoletto is a return to the most authentic Italian gastronomic tradition through its best products. All Italian regions are represented on a menu that is a journey through the pastas of Liguria, the rice of Lombardy, the charcuterie of Emilia Romagna, the olive oil of Abruzzo or the mozzarella of Buffala of Lazio. Our trip culminates in the hills, vineyards and cypresses of Tuscany, where our master pizza maker was born and, just as his nonna taught him, he lets the dough ferment for 36 hours. This process guarantees the softness of the dough, in which water and flour have begun to join together many hours before it enters the oven, its lightness and a unique flavor.
