It comes from the union of the words North and South, as well as from the union of two great Mexican chefs, Lorena Valenzuela originally from Culiacán, Sinaloa and Juan Pablo León, originally from Cancún, Quintana Roo. A concept of Mexican cuisine that invites us to explore our traditional flavors with a contemporary perspective, a gastronomic search throughout the country forged by seasons, always starting from natural and fresh products, in addition to organic. A great pillar of this project is our organic garden in Lúa, Xcunyá, which provides the main organic ingredients so that each dish is unique and unrepeatable.
