In much more than name Ferraro’s Kitchen, is the Ferraro’s family: Chef Igor and his wife Cristiana. It is in every way a family business; a shared love evident. ​Igor Ferraro is a native of Venice (Italy), where, from an early age, he was introduced to the world of wines and genuine products by his father, a producer of wine in the area of Bassano del Grappa. ​Chef Igor Ferraro has changed the approach of fine dining by creating accessible menus prepared with the finest ingredients and presented in a casual, comfortable dining environment. He adheres to his belief that ingredients should be stellar, food simply prepared and service kind and efficient. Through his passion in the world of gastronomy and wine, he truly founds the inspiration and excitement, which has taken him all the way to the top of today’s Italian best chefs in Miami. Ferraro’s Kitchen is perfectly located in the upcoming area of “Mimo District”, in the heart of Miami, for business lunches, a la carte dining, a well-deserved shopping break or relaxing with end-of-the-day glass of wine and flavorful bites. In addition to food and wine events (wine pairing and dinner, wine tasting), Chef Igor is offering private interactive cooking classes and team building, which fully involve participants in the preparation of recipes.
