Chais Delachaise, a quaint wine bistro located right off the streetcar line in the beautiful Maple Street area of Uptown, New Orleans. The menu is inspired by the food, wine and flavors we love from around the globe. Daily specials combine local farm and fresh seafood into Chef Baryy Credeur's take on global and classic dishes. Chargrilled Octopus, Housemade Pasta, and Coconut Curry Mussels, are but a few dishes that may pop up on our daily specials menu. We have a full bar with award winning mixologists and an extensive eclectic wine list with over 40 wines by the glass and FIVE $5 by the glass wine specials from small vineyards.
