Perched in the heart of NoMAD, The Ivory Peacock is an elegantly designed cocktail bar with three distinct bars, plush and ample seating serving a selection of seasonal signature cocktails, martinis and The Emerald Bar Gin Collection. The cocktail program is accompanied by a luxe bar food program which has French and Japanese influence by Executive Chef, Grayson Altenberg. Our signature Emerald Bar experience features a custom gin menu, gin flights that change weekly, a raw bar with expansive plateaus, gin & tonic service and a signature 'sub-zero' martini martini menu. We recommend reservations at The Emerald bar. On Friday and Saturday evenings, the last reservation is 8pm at The Emerald Bar as it becomes a first come/first served bar thereafter. Nestled below The Ivory Peacock is Ploume, a subterranean cocktail lounge featuring a romantic, rich jewel tone ambiance emulating the vibrant colors of the Peacock's signature feathers.
