Our high-quality fish is sourced primarily from Japan’s renowned Toyosu and Fukuoka fish markets, along with select locations around the world. Our chefs, with over 15 years of experience, have honed their craft in prestigious sushi establishments such as Masa Sushi in New York and Sato Sushi in San Francisco. They are dedicated to continuous improvement, drawing on individual creativity and refined techniques to elevate both the quality and presentation of our Omakase offerings. We feature a seasonal 13-course Omakase experience, thoughtfully curated and served at our intimate sushi bar. Each Omakase session lasts 75 minutes, ensuring a focused, immersive dining experience. In addition to our signature Omakase, we also offer a fine dining menu that includes the full Omakase course, with takeout and delivery options available. Our team is dedicated to creating a fun and memorable atmosphere, providing every guest with a top-tier culinary journey.
