Paffuto is a BYOB Italian cafe from chefs and Co-owners Daniel Griffiths, Jake Loeffler, and Sam Kalkut. Located at 1009 S. 8th Street in Philadelphia’s Bella Vista neighborhood, Paffuto serves breakfast and lunch specialties on mornings and afternoons from Wednesday through Sunday, with panzerotti, breakfast and lunch sandwiches, rotating pastas, salads, sides, and house-made pastries on the menu. Housed in a 1,400 square-foot, 24-seat restaurant, Paffuto, which means “plump” in Italian, now serves dinner on Wednesday and Thursday evenings beginning at 5 p.m. Reservations can be made for up to six guests.
