Our mission is to cultivate a space where culinary exploration meets artistic expression. Symphonies of ideas with every visit a celebration of the unconventional. At our intimate restaurant, we welcome a small handful of individuals a handful of nights per week to experience ÄNIKS; our sanctuary for experimentation, learning, making art, and feeding people. We're excited to continue offering Afternoon Tea this fall, now served indoors. At ÄNIKS, chef Ryley Eckersley's tasting menu is a playful exploration of our environments, allowing him to pull inspiration from the Oregon coast, mountains, and valleys as much as his life. We believe that dining should be more than just sustenance—it should be an experience. Just as clouds shift and transform with the wind, so too does our menu evolve, guided by a relentless pursuit of perfection, locality, and innovation. Our 10-course dinner tasting menu starts at $215 per person. Our afternoon tea service starts at $65 per person.
