“Bonche” is a word originally from Venezuela that means “festa”. I was raised by a Venezuelan family with Portuguese roots who dedicated themselves to the world of gastronomy, I have traditional Venezuelan restaurants in Caracas and a roulote called “El Gran Chaparral”. After facing the economic crisis in his country, he embarked on a journey to Europe, exploring gastronomic experiences. Finally, they launched the “Bonche Grill” project in Portugal, where, after three years, we possuem two locations in Porto and Matosinhos. They are known for offering artisanal burgers with American and South American influences, captivating both tourists and locals with their creativity and mix of flavors. This is a story in the making, with a paixão by hamburgers driving their success.
