The Mews serves classically prepared, inventively presented gourmet cuisine designed to highlight the finest seasonal ingredients available. To create our nightly offerings, we source for the freshest ingredients from a network of local farmers, fishermen, artisans, and purveyors. Our dishes feature grass-fed meat and wild game, free of antibiotics and growth hormones, free-range poultry, line-caught dayboat seafood and organic produce, with every element of each dish selected for a specific purpose. Ingredients, well known or exotic, are sought for their unique qualities and prepared in a distinctive style we like to call "American Global", combining indigenous Cape Cod staples with classic techniques from ethnically-diverse traditions.
