We opened our doors in the summer of 2000 with a simple philosophy, to use the best ingredients we could find, do as little to them as possible and leave the quality and flavor of the product to shine. Our recipes are inspired by the best in Italian and American comfort food and also by our Nonna, who’s kitchen was always filled with the wonderful aromas of hanging herbs, stewing tomatoes and baking bread. We bring “Italo-American Home Cooking” into the heart of Manhattan and now Sacramento. And as Nonna would say “It’s not just good food that makes a party cara, you need the great cocktails, the good music and a little passion to stir the soul” Pazza Notte is our home, and when a guest stops by for a visit we always offer a warm welcome, food made with love, great music, flavorful cocktails and genuine hospitality.
