Meet Korean BBQ brings MEAT + FIRE + FERMENTATION to Seattle's vibrant Capitol Hill neighborhood. We are a traditional Korean barbecue (고기구이, Gogi-gu-i) restaurant focused on providing excellent service and taking a modern approach serving creative dishes while pairing meat with unique sauces and seasonal banchan. MEAT - We only use Prime Angus, American Wagyu Beef and Kurobuta Pork at Meet KBBQ. Working with reputable ranchers such as Snake River Farms and Rosewood ensures that quality is priority number one. Special cuts such as A5 Wagyu and Dry-Aged beef will also make frequent appearances on the menu. FIRE - As done in traditional Korean barbecue - we cook meat over fire at your table for you. Each cut is served with a custom made set of sauces to perfectly complement and enhance its flavor. FERMENTATION - A wide array of local and seasonal fermented items are prepared in our kitchen.
