The ARIMA Restaurant is a new concept of Mediterranean cuisine in Bilbao, based on the base of products made directly in our premises. Thanks to Melanie Del Bado (Manager) and our two great Cheffs, Adam Del Bado and Doris Kirsch, we propose you to savor our artisanal dishes. We have “oak charcoal oven” and “smoke” our own products locally. In addition, all our pastas are homemade and fresh, made daily and our ice creams are handmade and made in our restaurant.
