In 2017, Sachin Mahajan and Chef Ajay embarked on a gastronomic journey, joining forces to introduce Karma to the world. With a mission to showcase traditional Indian cooking techniques, coupled with inventive ingredient combinations, contemporary plating, and exceptional table service, Karma Modern Indian emerged as a beacon of contemporary Indian cuisine - awarded Michelin Bib Gourmand for 2021, 2022 & 2023. Starting October 6th, 2024, Karma's dining rooms will transition to offer two distinct dining experiences. The elevated fine dining experience at Karma will now offer Chef Tasting Menu only featuring 4-course, 6-course and a 9-course menu with wine pairings. Karizma, the new concept with a refreshed menu will continue to offer our ala-carte menu, with the flexibility of creating your own culinary journey.
