Santé is a Chef Inspired Farm to Table bistro. Along with our partners Mangalitsa Restaurant, and Peace Field Farm, our goal is to deliver seasonal flavor and hospitality to all of our guests. The beverage program at Santé offers a full bar, cocktail list, wine list, and local draft beers. Depending on the season, a large majority of items on our menu are ingredient sourced from our own farm, including Mangalitsa Pork, Angus Beef, Vegetables, Eggs, and more. We offer small plates in a tapas style of service.
