Chef's Dinner with Chef Timothy Ordway
We're excited to announce our next exclusive Chef's Dinner with Chef Timothy Ordway at Conifer on Sunday September 22nd. This is a very limited ticket event with some amazing food and wine pairings included. Please email haleybowman@coniferbentonville.com for any questions regarding the dinner- we look forward to seeing you! Doors open at 5:30pm with 1st course at 6:00pm. All gluten free- if you have other dietary restrictions please let us know at least one week before the dinner and Chef will be able to accommodate your needs!A bit about Chef Timothy Ordway:Executive Chef Tim Ordway brings his passion for caring for others through food and unique experiences to Crystal Bridges & The Momentary. He aims to connect with the community through use of the culinary interpretation of art and experience told in a story centered around food.Prior to joining Crystal Bridges & The Momentary, Ordway was Executive Chef at The River Grille which features market-driven new American cuisine, specializing in seasonal foods produced from local farms and representing a variety of cultures in America. The River Grille gave Ordway the opportunity to expand his interest in the local food scene, develop personal relationships with farmers, and gain a strong foothold to leap forward in his creative process.He has spent 10 years gathering experience in various celebrated restaurants and hotels throughout the Charlotte, North Carolina area. Honing his technical skills and developing his culinary creativity, he attended Johnson & Wales University where he graduated in 2013.Ordway sought out relocation to the NWA area with the intention of setting down roots and building a family. Ordway currently lives in Fayetteville with his wife Haley, daughter Evelyn, & son Warren. NWA allowed Ordway to continue his consistent climb through the industry finding the food community in Bentonville to be young, Chef and Farmer focused, and exploding. He sees potential for the ever-growing NWA Culinary scene with the expansion of the area.

WINE NWA Chef's Dinner
You won’t want to miss this exclusive wine dinner featuring Laura Williamson, MS and Chef Daniel Ernce. Chef Daniel and Master Sommelier Laura are hosting a VERY LIMITED 16 seat dinner showcasing a 7 course tasting menu with each course expertly paired with wines from Laura’s personal collection - not available anywhere else in Arkansas. Laura will share insights about each wine, including the history of the varietal, details about the producer and tasting notes during each course. This unforgettable dinner is incredibly limited - grab your tickets now! Please be aware, as this is a set menu, changes and substitutions are politely declined. This dinner will be 100% gluten free.A bit about Chef Daniel and Master Sommelier Laura:Laura Williamson is one of 35 female Master Sommeliers’ in the world. Originally born in a dry county in Arkansas, she passed the MS exam, noted by Forbes Magazine as “the world’s toughest wine exam,” when barely a dozen women in the world had done so. She has directed Italian and German wine imports across the US and worked as Beverage Director for exclusive Michelin Three-Star, New York Times Four-Star and Forbes Five Star properties in NYC.Chef Daniel Ernce, originally from Missouri, has recently moved to NWA and is putting down roots within the community. With a background in fine dining, Daniel has helmed his own restaurant, worked in Michelin-starred restaurants across the U.S. and Europe, and is now continuing his career hosting curated dinners, pop-ups, and private events in the area at locations including Conifer, Blake St. House, and others. Chef Daniel brings a creative approach to dining, with a focus on seasonality, locality, and vegetables.

We're excited to announce our next Chef's Dinner with Chef Blake Hawkins at Conifer on Sunday November 3rd. This is a very limited ticket event with great food and wine pairings to match. This menu can be modified to be dairy free if communicated to us at least 1 week prior- other dietary restrictions are politely declined.A few words from Blake:Chef Blake Hawkins, founder of Plate2Table, brings a one-of-a-kind private dining experience to Northwest Arkansas. Finding his start in barbecue competitions, he now combines his passion for wild game, global cuisines, and a touch of his Southern flare to ensure every meal is filled with flavor and quality. With his culinary and hosting skills, he is achieving his dream of bringing people together and continues to find inspiration through what gave him his start. Outside of the kitchen, Blake enjoys the outdoors enjoying hobbies such as beekeeping, gardening, and hunting. These hobbies serve as a direct source of inspiration for each plate.
