We are a grain-to-glass craft distillery in the heart of Niagara wine country crafting unique spirits using local and seasonal ingredients. Our collection of spirits includes vodkas, gins, rye whisky, absinthe, liqueur-style gins, peach & plum schnapps, prepared bottled cocktails and a line of cocktail bitters.Tasting appointments for weekday visits are encouraged. We do not take tasting reservations on weekends.Tours on weekend days by reservation.

Distillers Technical Tour
Join us the first Friday of the month for a tour and tasting with our head distiller. On the tour, you get an in depth look into the inner workings of our distillery we call home. This is an opportunity to geek out and learn more about the science behind distillation and get a glimpse at what our team is up to! Included in your tour is a tasting of four {4} spirits from our tasting menu.This experience also includes your choice of one of our prepared cocktails to sip on while on tour. Selections may vary.As these tours are comprised of more than one group, we ask that you arrive in time for the start of your tour. Tours begin promptly (ok, maybe within a few minutes) at their start time, so if you are more than five minutes late, we may not be able to include you. We will try our best though!

We want crafting cocktails at home to be fun & enjoyable for all, so we’re here to help you be a mixin’ pro at your next gathering. Craft Your Own Gin Experience
We like to think we know a thing or two about crafting gin but now it's your turn to try your hand at it and see if you can compete! This experience allows you to learn from our team how we craft our collection of award-winning gins and then see how you yourself fair at crafting the perfect gin - for you!Each experience is 1.5-2 hours in length and includes:- welcome cocktail {gin of course}- an in-depth lesson on flavour profiles, combinations and how to make the gin that's perfect for you- a take home bottle of your gin {200mL bottle}Each experience includes and 15% discount off all Sipping Room shopping following the event.
