It all starts with our unique brick oven, one of the first wood-fired ovens in NOVA, and our fresh pastas made in-house every day.     Lucashof Wine Tasting

    Wine Tasting featuring Weingut Lucashoff, West German (Pfalz) Wines Enjoy a tableside wine tasting while you dine at Dolce! Monday, October 21, 6:30 – 8:30 pm (reservations available on the hour) $25 per flight Weingut Lucashof is situated in the village of Forst, home to some of the most prestigious vineyard sites in Germany’s renowned Pfalz region. Lucashof Estate winery was established over a half century ago by the Lucas family. Brothers Klaus and Hans Lucas employ environmentally sound viticultural techniques. They avoid herbicides, utilize only organic fertilizers, and sow various grasses in the vineyard rows. In the cellar, the philosophy is to minimize intervention at every step of the winemaking process.

    Sulin Wine Tasting featuring relaxing wines from Piedmont region of Italy Enjoy a tableside wine tasting while you dine at Dolce! Saturday, October 26, 4 - 6pm, $25 per flight. Reservations are available on the hour. the Fracchia Family has been working in the winemaking sector since 1919. For the new millennium, Mauro and Fabio Fracchia have decided to start up a new project, the Sulin Farm, which gathers all the vineyards owned by the family in order to create a business exclusively focused on the growing and enhancement of such vineyards. Sulin means sunny and the vineyards of the Fracchia Family certainly deserve this appellation, thanks to its full exposure to the sun.
