Cellar Tour/Tasting
You will be guided on a personalized tour of the wine production facility. We will walk you through making still wine and then walk you through making our traditional methode champenoise wines and see our riddling and disgorging machines. Available on Saturday at 11am only once a month. Tickets are $40 per person (25% discount per person for club members). Reservations required at least one week in advance. Unless you have a service animal, pets are not allowed on tours or inside our Tasting Room. Given the nature of our production facility, under 21 are not permitted on this tour. You will have an option to select a cheese plate (additional fees) to go with your wine.
