Design something beautiful while learning a new skill! Our Floral Arrangement Class is part of our Women's Wednesdays, events specifically designed for women who love wine. Meet our resident florist, Mev Clark, owner Hawk Hill Flowers. This female owned business is bringing the season's most stunning flowers with her to Fainting Goat to teach us how to properly arrange a gorgeous bouquet! Sip on your favorite Fainting Goat Vineyards wine while inhaling the breathtaking aromatics of these fresh cut stems. Spend your Wednesday with other like minded woman looking to expand their lives all while having a great time! Class includes instruction, flowers, vase and a glass of wine. Woman Supporting Woman is something we can all get behind! You may not be aware that Fainting Goat Vineyards is female owned and employs women in most of our roles. Women hold the roles of Head Winemaker, Assistant Winemaker, Tasting Room Manager, Team Leads, and Servers. Even the Vendors that we partner with, are female owned. Part of our 25 Days of Christmas celebration, our Christmas Carol Wine Tasting is something special for all wine lovers.Just like in the Dicken's story, you will visit wines of the Past, Present & Future. Explore the world of wines by understand how it started, where we find ourselves today, and what the future of wine looks like. Hosted in the winery by our winemaker, McKenzie, guests will explore the trends of wines and how wine styles, region & weather effects the popularity of wine. See where we have come from and what will be trending in the future. It is a great experience for anyone looking to learn more about wine while having a great time with friends! Walk around the winery and visit the bars of Past, Present & Future and sip wines. It is a great way to celebrate the holidays as you explore the wonderful world of wine.Tickets include wine tastings with our winemaker and extra discounts on bottles of wine. A little about our winemaker. McKenzie has a BS in Bio Chemistry from Loyola University Chicago. She went on to study Enology (study of winemaking) at Texas Tech University. She is a super taster and enjoys finding unique pairings for wine.This event takes place in the winery where the temperature is set to 65 degrees. We suggest bringing a jacket or a sweater.Tickets are non exchangeable, non-refundable. This is a rain or shine event. All attendees must be 21 or older to attend this event. Charcuterie Board Workshop
Have you ever wanted to make a gorgeous charcuterie board but just don't know how to put it together? Let us help you! Our resident cheese expert and owner of Classic Expressions Charcuterie Design, Tammy, will be onsite teaching the wonders of board making. Tammy will teach instruct how to make individual board, medium boards and large party boards. Guests will make their own individual board while drinking a glass of wine. Meet new people, learn a new skill and drink wine... what a way to spend a day! Each ticket includes instruction of boards, supplies, and a glass of wine. Live music, performed by local artists, provides the playlist for this spectacular evening.Each dinner highlights the season with locally sourced ingredients prepared by Executive Chef and Owner of 61 Main, Jenna Schreiber. Join us for an evening of award winning wines and handcrafted dinners.Each supper includes an entrée, side, bread and dessert, served on earth friendly bamboo plates and utensils. Jenna & her team will serve supper out of her charming food trailer. This is a casual supper. All meals are served on eco-friendly, disposable bamboo plates. Guests of Sunset Suppers can enjoy a peaceful evening surrounded by a pristine vineyard and breathtaking mountain views.Mingle with other guests, talk wine with the bartenders and dance to the live music. The owners of Fainting Goat Vineyards, Dave & Robin, are seen at nearly every supper and welcome dialogue with guests. Winery Tour
Tour our brand new, contemporary winery! This exclusive event is hosted by our winemaker and provides our guests an elite behind the scenes experience. Guests will be guided through the winemaking process and leave with an understanding of our New World, modern winemaking culture. The tour will included a seated wine tasting, a deep dive into the winemaking process, and delightful stories about Fainting Goat Vineyards. Our winery tours are conducted by McKenzie, Fainting Goat’s private winemaker, or our Assistant winemaker, Kristen. McKenzie has her Bachelor of Science in Bio Chemistry from Loyola University Chicago and studied Enology (study of winemaking) at Texas Tech University. Let her guide you through the winemaking process, while explaining the stylistic approach to our wine culture. Her charming stories and passion for quality will elate you. Guests will be educated on the harvest equipment and process, tour the bottling line, understand how bench trials are conducted, and tour the chemistry lab. Guests will also learn about the vineyard and winery’s sustainable practices and our family’s commitment to protecting the Earth. This is a great experience for individuals, couples and groups who want an entertaining afternoon experiencing wine. Each ticket includes a flight of wines and a tour of the winery. Explore the culture of modern winemaking at Fainting Goat Vineyards with this once in a lifetime winery tour. Winery Tours are offered on Saturdays at 2 pm. This tour will take place in the winery, which is chilled to 55 degrees. Guests are encouraged to bring a light jacket or sweater. This is an adult only experience. All guests must be 21 or older to attend. This is a rain or shine event and is non-refundable, non-exchangeable. We encourage guests to arrive at least 15 minutes early. Tours start promptly & tardiness is discouraged.

Welcome to our Dirty Sign Language Class! Learn the basics of Sign Language then build on those skills to learn everything from cursing to pillow talk! Why is Sign Language Fun? Gosh- let us tell you... or should we say sign it! Curse without your co-workers know what you're saying! Let your frustration out without your kids hearing your potty mouth. Keep it spicy in the bedroom with some naughty sign language. Enhance your relationship with flirty sign language. This class is hosted by our resident Sign Language Instructor, Angela Ashworth. Angela is a certified ASL teacher. Portions of this event go towards charity; so learn a new skill and do charity work at the same time! Learn to make a personal candle all while enjoying breathtaking views and award winning wine with Fainting Goat Vineyards Wicks & Sips on the Vine candle making Workshop.Be entertained and educated by our resident chandler and the nose behind Woodstock Candle Company, Amanda Densmore. Her sense of humor and dedication to her craft will add to the enjoyment of the class.Guests will learn how to weigh wax, set the wick and pour a 7 oz candle. Amanda will help the guests navigate an array of gorgeous fragrances to customize their candle scent.Guests can choose a glass of Fainting Goat’s wine to accompany this event!This 90 minute class will include instruction on how to pour a candle, guided help on selecting the perfect scent, your own custom candle, and a glass of wine.This class makes for a wonderful date night or fun for a large party.Pour a candle. Picnic in the Vines 2024
EACH TICKET IS FOR 2 ADULTSPlan an unforgettable experience for your loved one with Fainting Goat Vineyard’s Picnic in the Vines. Enjoy a afternoon for two in our beautiful vineyard with the breathtaking mountain scape as your backdrop. Classic charcuterie board items, handcrafted by our resident cheese expert, Classic Expressions, will be accompanied by an FGV bottle of your choice. We will endearingly pack these items in a charming picnic basket with a picnic blanket for your use.Sip, snack and savor with your loved one. Let the sun warm your skin as the mountain breeze reminds you of the peace offered by the vineyard. Let the romance of the vineyard enhance your special occasion.Guests will have access to the top tier of the vineyard and are welcomed to stay during the duration of the day. Live music, playing on the Lower Terrace, can often be heard in the vines.Each ticket is for two people. The Picnic in the Vines ticket includes a bottle of wine, a charcuterie board for two, admission into the vines, the use of a picnic basket & picnic blanket.Reservations start at 1 pm and end at 5 pm. Guest can arrive any time between those hours. Dates available are Saturdays and Sundays only starting on May 11th through October 27th of the year 2024.This exclusive event is ideal for individuals celebrating anniversaries, birthdays or even engagements.Access to the vineyard is exclusively for individuals who have purchased tickets for the Picnic in the Vines.Additional wine purchases, retail, and additional food items will be available at check in/check out.This is an adult only event. All attendees must be 21 years or older. Each ticket is for two people exactly.Our vineyard is on a mountain side. Sales for this event conclude at midnight the Thursday of the event.
