    Book out our entire tasting room space for your group. Perfect for a post-work team happy hour or birthday celebration. Ideal for groups of 25-60. $250 flat after hours event fee due at booking. $30 minimum wine spend per guest plus 20% gratuity. We'll contact you to curate a custom By The Glass Menu for your event. Wine service by the glass only, no bottle sales. Folks are welcome to arrive later than 5pm, but must be closed out by 8pm.

Separation of the highest quality juice portion during pressing sets this wine on a path of elegance. Ageing in neutral oak, followed by second fermentation in bottle and a 24-month tirage builds complexity and texture. After disgorging each bottle by hand to ensure crystal clarity, Firefly Map is ready to be enjoyed.
