Hilmy Cellars is an family owned artisan Fredericksburg winery. We source fruit from a range of growers mostly from the Texas High Plains and also some from the Texas Hill Country. Our winemaker produces single varietal wines as well as blends and always strives to allow the grape to achieve its fullest expression.
