Chef Paul, an expert forager, is curating a menu based on wild mushrooms growing in the PNW with each course paired alongside Hyland's coveted old vine wines.This event is a sure thrill for any mushroom lover, wine enthusiast, or adventurous gourmand.     Hyland Estate Tasting Flight

    Discover why Hyland has been a coveted source of grapes for the Valley's leading producers for over 50 years. At our Winery in Dundee, taste through a selection of estate-grown wines representing the acclaimed terroir of the historic Hyland vineyard. With multiple flight options, you can explore our collection of single-clone Pinot Noirs, Dry Whites, and Sparkling Wines to find your new favorites. Tastings begin at $30, waived with qualifying 3-bottle purchase. Estate Flights are complimentary for Wine Club Members. To avoid disappointment, reservations are recommended for this experience, as walk-ins are allowed, but subject to availability. If you don't see a time or table size that fits your group, please call the Tasting Room at 503-554-4200 and we will do our best to accommodate. We look forward to your visit!

    Wines & Paradise returns to retrace the route of this year's Tour de France. We'll follow the race's winding trail through some of France's best known, and some more obscure regions. No training required.     Founder's Room Elevated Tasting

    This elevated tasting experience will guide you through an epic exploration of Hyland Vineyard - one of the oldest, most revered vineyards in all of Oregon. By touching on the history, clonal diversity, & winegrowing talents, as well as tasting through past vintages you will leave with a fuller appreciation for the wines of this valley, and this historic site in particular. Six wines will be tasted and paired with a selection of international and local cheeses.Appointments required 48hrs in advance. Deposit will be applied toward tasting fees or purchases. $75 per person, waived with 6 bottle purchase. Club Members - $45 with no deposit required. Please call for questions and policy updates.
