Lacayo, formerly Caucho, is a latin restaurant inspired by Central & South American cuisine, as well as the Iberian Peninsula. We make everything in house including grinding up our organic corn everyday for fresh tortillas, while keeping seasonality in mind.

Our menu is uniquely influenced by Latin America & Iberian cultures. Join us in our main dining room or "greenhouse", for our made-from-scratch seasonal cuisine, including the laborious process of grinding up organic corn to make fresh tortillas on a daily basis. Our bar is a rum-focused bar that offers different craft cocktails, local & Latin beers, as well as Latin wines and spirits. Social hour is offered from 4:30pm-6:30pm Tues-Sat.

Beer Dinner
Join us for a collaboration dinner with our dear friends at 3 Floyd's Brewing out of Munster, IN! Dinner will feature 4 courses (plus a 1st and last bite) & will be paired with some of their kick-ass craft brews. Guests will also be part of a raffle for some rad swag. Bar opens at 5pm for Happy Hour featuring extra 3 Floyd's brews not on the dinner menu. Dinner starts at 6pm with food & pairing explanations from both the chef & our 3 Floyd's rep. (Price includes gratuity) ***If you have any dietary concerns, you MUST make us aware at booking, to see if we can accommodate. Due to the beer pairings, we cannot accommodate Gluten Free.***

Enjoy dinner on our urban patio! Keep in mind that the WEATHER MAY CHANGE from day to day, so give us a call to move your table indoors if you don't want to risk a chill or drizzle! We CANNOT guarantee an indoor table due to weather for patio reservations, but we will absolutely accommodate when we can.
