Chef's Tasting Menu
Enjoy a thoughtfully curated 5-course menu developed by Chef Jeff Schwenker. Available at the Chef’s Counter, Thursday through Saturday - seating times average 2-2.5 hours. Wine Pairings available for a supplemental charge.Reservations are recommended, as walk-in seating will most likely not be available. Reservations are released at 12pm Central Time on the first of the month for the following month. We offer two tasting menu options, an omnivore and a vegetarian. The tasting menus are $120 per person, with no a la carte menu offered. We require a credit card to make the reservation. Cancellations are permitted up until 24 hours before the reservation time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time will be charged $120 per person. We will strictly be enforcing our cancellation policy. Please indicate all dietary restrictions at this time. Our tasting menu can be modified for some dietary restrictions, but we need at least 48 hours of notice. Our menus cannot be modified to be dairy free, allium free or vegan. If you have questions regarding dietary modifications, please reach out to us directly at (507) 258-4184.A 20% Hospitality Charge is added to dinner checks. In addition, a 3% surcharge is added to support fair wages and benefits for our culinary team. Pursuant to Minnesota Statute Section 177.23, subdivision 9, this charge is not a gratuity for employee service.
